MSU Commercial "MSU : Success Is Waiting For You"
This project was the Technology Zone's first experience with broadcast quality video. Anthony Worrell and Franklin Tuck led the team in the making of the commercial. Hiral Patel aided in the design and layout. Darren Cook is credited for the audio track. Michael White is credited for the model used in the Information Technology segment.

Teachers @ Play II
The Technology Zone invited 30 teachers from the surrounding counties to come to a learning seminar presented by faculty and students of the 'Zone'. Teachers were given digital cameras and software to take back to their schools to aid in the integration of technologies in their classrooms.

Coal Mine "West Virginia : Beneath the Surface"

This project, in cooperation with Crossroads Mall, was our tribute to our coal miners. Those who have seen the video appreciated the effort put in by Franklin Tuck very much. For this project Franklin, an intern, with the help of Anthony Worrell created a browser to view the video he made using Avid DV Express. He made a CD which includes 5 minutes long video and the images he used to make that video.

TechZone "AnthonyVille" Office Model

This is a model of the office that we all get to work in. The model was produced by Michael White using Discreet's 3D Studio MAX R5 and rendered using AutoDesk ViZ 4.2. This will be an ongoing project dealing with animation and lighting. Subject matter will be what our office does while we're out. 9-11 Remembrance

This project is our homage to those who lost their precious lives in the attacks of 9/11. Taurai Mashuka, an intern, with the help of Anthony Worrell is currently working on this project. Using Discreet Combustion, he plans to make this tribute 5 minutes long. Darren Cook, another intern, will provide background score.

Tech Zone Puzzle

This project was a quick demonstration of just what Macromedia Flash can do. Taurai Mashuka worked for about two days to complete this quick project. Click on the image to the right to see if you can figure out the puzzle.

Tech Zone Screensaver

This was a quick project to show how easy it is to convert Macromedia Flash animations into your screensaver for you computer. Anthony Worrell worked for about 30 minutes to complete this project using an animation that he had already created using Macromedia Flash. MSU Forensics Info CD

This was an experimental project and it turned out to be a very huge hit among prospective students. Franklin worked on this with Mr. Roger Teets, MSCJ and Anthony Worrell (Incubator/Multi-Media Technology Development Coordinator). Basically, this CD is used as a marketing tool for Criminal Justice program we have at MSU. Contents of the CD include: detailed description of the CJ program at MSU, Roger's syllabi, suggested sequence of study, short footage of Roger's actual classroom, images of crime scenes that students investigated, and much more.
